Pricing Information
Our pricing is based on the square footage of your home, following current industry standards. The average cost for our services ranges between $0.08 and $0.50 per square foot, depending on the scope of work. While we do not offer individual services, we factor in the time, costs and labor required to complete specific tasks when providing a quote.
To ensure the highest quality, all routine services require an initial deep cleaning. Initial cleanings start at $0.20 per square foot. When preparing a quote, we consider various factors such as the unique features and condition of your home. (Pets, numbers of people in the home, shower glass, stainless steel, appliance cleaning, recent cleaning services, carpeting versus hard flooring, and more)

Move-in and move-out cleans start at $0.23 per square foot
Post construction starts at $0.32 per square foot.
Each client receives a contract outlining services, fees, and expectations. We provide all products and supplies.
Please note that quotes are subject to change based on home conditions and other considerations. Due to the changing economy, service fees are subject to an increase at anytime.
